  • SALON- certainly I can't leave a zero star on Yelp for the awful embarrassing moment I have had here. Please do not put yourself through the same experience I went through. It took me a bit to even write this bc I was mortified of the experience I had here. I finally came clean to my sister who influenced me to write the review, post pictures and contact corporate. It wasn't until after corporate had their salon manager call my sister about the compliant that they did nothing but apologize and offer a discount to come back in!!! This is poor business ethics and I will be reporting them to the BBB for the same reason! I spent so much money to come home and just cry in the bathroom for being so stupid to spend so much money and tip on top of the outrageous price. I included the shmucks name in the pictures on Yelp as well as my receipt for others to beware! Over $200 I came home to this shit storm. I couldn't bare to let my husband see me or still to this day let him know how much I spent! The appointment started out with this guy asking me what I wanted to do- I showed him pictures and I knew I was going to spend some money bc I have long hair. Well half way through of already adding color he didn't have enough and talked me into doing two tone bc of it. Okay I guess you know what your doing? Well the douche was dropping hair dye on the floor and on me. Okay whatever it's a messy job. Ohhh, now he has to charge me for the extra bowl he had to mix and that I went with two colors (mind you I was forced to bc they didn't have enough color)!! Well if you hadn't dropped a bunch all over the floor maybe we would have enough?! After that comes the cut- he did not layer my hair what so ever. It was straight all the way through! It's hard to tell when your hair is wet though. So I shrug it off. I get to the check out and asked the girls well what should I tip- oh it's standard 20%. Okay I don't want to be the asshole and not leave a decent tip.. On my way home, I'm seriously itching like crazy around my ears and my neck! What's going on - I've never had this! I get home and go to the bathroom and realize I have dye under my finger nails from scratching where I was itching so bad. I look in the mirror and was just floored at what I saw!! It looks like I dyed my hair at home with cheap box color!! I immediately locked the door and cried as I scrubbed the dye off of my neck, ears, and forehead. I couldn't bare letting my husband see me or still to this day let him know I spent over $200 for a four year old to dye and cut my hair!! The next week and half I had these dry scaly itchy patches where the dye was left on my skin. This is my story to this shithole of a place they call a salon. Please avoid this place- when they fuck up all they want you to do is go in again for some crappy discount.
