  • First of all I had an issue with my garage not closing because my garage hit an object on one side of the trac. Causing it to come of trac and the tension line to come off the spool. I was heading out the door to work. Luckily my wife was still home. I called these guys after reading there great reviews. A gentleman by the name of Ryan answered the phone I explained to him what happened and told him My wife was home but she had a work conference call in an hour. He said no problem he can be there in 30 minutes. Wife said he showed up on time and was very professional and was done in 20 minutes and charged us same quote over the phone. Thank you 1st Call Garage Doors.
