  • Long waits and terrible customer service! Took my son to rent a tux and the poor lady was doing all she could to wait on the long line if people. There seemed to be a manager who came from the back room a few times but would look on the computer and go right back to the storage room in the back of the store and not help customers nor his worker out. Will never use them again. I can only help things are better when we pick up his tux.
