It's been a few months since my last review (In February) and I wish I could say things have gotten better but they haven't. I will not be renewing my membership. I had a very bad experience there a few weeks back and will not be recommending this place. My advice to management is to retrain your staff on the basics of good customer service. Be nicer, smile once in a while. I have never gotten a smile or a nice comment from the staff here. And they raised their rates. Hire new people. Hold a college night where you can get some attractive guys in there. That's my advice. Not worth the money.
