  • My mom is admitted to the hospital due to a severe rash growing on her body. They took us into the emergency and put us in a 3 hour wait while she is scratching her rash away. The nurses are just walking by us while my mom and I look pretty upset, so eventually I walk up to the nearest desk and ask when the doctor will be available and the woman just says she doesn't know while she is fixated on the computer. Finally after another 40 minutes, we see the doctor but she seems to be in a rush. She keeps looking at her phone while she is talking to the patient. One point she had to excuse herself to answer the phone. Then she listens to the heart and all the basic and asks what medicine my mom is allergic to. I told her and she basically said, "Alright the nurse will be you with an antibiotic." And runs out the door before I can talk. She didn't even do any tests or anything and she just runs out? We waiting 4 hours for nothing? This place is just full of lazy staff and basically feels like they don't care about you but paycheck that they get.
