  • I just had to say that I've always had an easy transaction with Alamo. But the last time deserves some recognition. I got to Alamo around 10:30am in my work uniform thinking I would have enough time to grab a rental vehicle that I reserved online. When I got there I tried to use the automatic system however because I had a NV DL it wouldn't work. Go figure. I was told by I think his name is Sandigo I needed to wait in line, this HUGE line. Seeing the fear and disappointment on my face that I would be late to work, he pulled me out of line 3 minutes later and had a woman name Dawn assist me. 5 minutes later and I was on my way to my rental car! Thank god they were both so accommodating! I was there for what seemed like 10 minutes. I was able to walk away with the car I wanted and made it on time to work!
