This is by far one of the best emergancy rooms ive ever been to. They treated me much better then even my primary doctor. They brought me warm towels, pillows and everything i needed as i was waiting for the doctor. I also had never had an iv done before and had to get one that night and was freaking out but an additional nurse came in to talk to me and distract me while they were putting it in. It was a loght atmosphere they were cracking small jokes every here and there and being very talkative with me. I would definitly go back if i needed to without a doubt. Ignore all the other bad reviews. You guys are awesome!
Those people who made those bad reviews dont realize that everyone in an emergancy room is in pain or hurting in some kind of way and yes they see you and are trying the best they can to get you in but you cant expect to get tip toed to the top in front of people who have already been waiting there. If you have a really bad situation you just have to communicate that when you go in and theyll try to get you in faster but they arent gonna smile you in the door thats not what they are there for. Id be mad if they were smiling when i walked in and i sure wouldnt think they took things seriously if they were smiling like that. But its all to each opinion but really they are only trying their best to help you. Wait times are not their fault. You see alot of people in the waiting room go somewhere else. I just hope when thinking about going here people realize that they are just trying their best to help you. Theyve most likely been up all night hence looking a bit grumpy. Cut them some slack!!!
