  • OMG! Crappy customer service on the part of the only "nail technician" who knew how to use dipping powder! Myself and two other family members regretfully chose this place to get our nails done on 6/25/2017, Sunday. We called ahead and had an appointment, but hadn't decided prior to appointment what we wanted done. The other technicians there knew how to treat their customers. The one with the black, choppy shoulder length hair who was the ONLY one there that was trained for using dipping powder, unfortunately, had use waiting for over an hour or more. She NEVER apologized for having me wait even though she knew ahead of time that I wanted French Tips with gel and dipping powder. She didn't offer a discount prior to being cursed at once. Then lied about "if" we waited more than 20 minutes and that she wasn't going to give a discount when she already said she WAS NOT. She kept speaking in her native language and walking to the back room ranting. We did have a verbal disagreement between my party and her. Her tone before we got upset was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! We'll never return. Also we were visiting from Texas, nice welcome!
