  • In short, scammers who treat customers with contempt. AVOID. Got a quote via Yelp from Louise (the owner) for exchanging money into CAD at reasonably good rates, but when I went into the office a few hours later the rate is miraculously 1% worse for one currency, and 1.7% worse for another than originally quoted, and worse than any competitor had quoted me that day! Staff shrugged and said, "market changes", which is total nonsense. The currencies had changed less than 0.2% each since the quotes I got, and the total day range for each currency was around 0.6% difference, not 1% or 1.7%!! And no Louise around to help apparently. Louise still hasn't replied to my complaints so clearly they don't even care. Very disappointed I wasted my time with these cowboys.
