Loughner has recently expanded to provide facials as well. I had a signature facial and was not impressed. I tired it out with a Groupon (about $44). The regular price is $89. The cosmetologist had troubles setting up the steamer, and she kept the faucet running (which created loud splashing noise when the water hit the stainless steel sink), so the whole experience was not relaxing. The scrubs on my arms were not wiped off properly, so I had this gritty feeling when I left. I was a little surprised that the cosmetologist did not have the routine down (she seemed older and I thought she was experienced). She was also a little pushy and asked me three times that I should book another appointment right away. Overall, I will not come back for facials again, especially I have had better experiences in spas around Shadyside and the prices are similar (or even cheaper). I will come back for massages but not facials.
