  • Worst experience ever. I wanted to visit this spot already many months ago and finally found some time. My excitement was really high walking towards the store, and was crushed as soon as I opened the door and walked in. Customer service was a disaster the girl at the cash register didn't even greet me and seemed really annoyed. I had to repeat myself like 5 times what kind of donuts I wanted. She then put the donuts in a bag and handed them to me without any facial expression. I know people can have bad days but please manage to be at least somehow kind. I hope she just had a bad day. So I went home really hungry and couldn't wait till I can eat those donuts (2 Boston Kreme and 2 Long John), and again I was crushed... The chocolate glaze was stuck on another donut and gone on the others. I mean, don't they put donuts in a box when you purchase more than one? Reading their advertisement "making people smile since 1950" made me indeed smile and laugh but with a taste of irony. First and last visit. Nevertheless the location is good and store clean.
