  • I came to this nail salon because I live across the street. I always like to give places a fair chance before I judge. I came in just for a basic pedicure. It was the worst pedicure of my life. I was in the chair for probably 15 minutes. She didn't scrub my heels, no scrub while massaging my legs, and no hot towel. Usually that is a staple for all pedicures. I felt like they were worried about turn over rather than offering their guest with quality service. I had to ask her to clean up my toes because there was polish all around my toes. I also want to add that they need to watch their sanitation. As soon as the lady got finished with my feet she went over to another lady to start hers. She didn't even wash her tools or go to the back to grab a fresh pair.
