  • Gryphon had replaced about 1200 square feet of roofing in 2010. I called to set up an appointment for additional work, the receptionist was very curt and rude. I called them today to get an estimate for the whole roof and the receptionist was so rude and began to argue with me. I told them to forget it and cancel my appointment. I'm glad I did because a new roofer came out and said that their work was not done correctly. I'm glad I cancelled. Rude service, poor work, run far from this company!!
