To begin, the moment we walked in the hostess ran out of the kitchen smelling like her own dinner--something that smelled like a jar of peanut butter. As petty as this sounds, it was a turnoff from ordering much to eat or drink around after dinner hours. We were then asked to sit at a desk-like table as opposed to a more comfortable area with lounge chairs. Our waiter was impatient asking for our order and acted like we were imposing on him. After one round of drinks we were told that the bar was closing within the hour and taking last call, even though the website listed later hours. The server again acted as though we were doing him a major disservice by staying at the bar and ordering another round. He continued to be very rude and then suggested we try Jack Astor's for an after dinner drink. In short we were super disappointed with this establishment and won't be returning anytime soon. No ambiance and very poor service, not to mention how unwelcome they made us feel. On the hour they even turned on the lights and had a security guard escort everyone out. Shame on you, Four Seasons! Won't be returning. I can only imagine how this would have felt if we were guests paying for a full service experience and got kicked out of our own hotel's bar.
