  • Despite the many positive reviews from other folks, I for one had a horrendous experience. I went here last week for an oil change. When I had made the appointment with Dustin, he said that there was an opening around 4pm. I told him that the earliest I could get out of work for that day was 3:30, and I had to account for traffic as well since I worked about 30 mins away. He agreed to accommodate and had me down for 4:15pm instead. I ended up getting there earlier than expected - 4:05pm to be exact. When I came inside to check in, Dustin told me that I was "late" and that he had assigned the mechanic to someone else. Funny...because I didn't realize that being early was considered "late" in their eyes. I informed him that I had taken the afternoon off specifically for this and I wasn't going to leave until the work was done. He said that because the mechanic was working on someone else (not my fault) that he could only do an oil change with no inspection. And to top it all off, once I got my car back, the mechanic was just sitting inside and apparently did not know how to reset the maintenance light. Thought that would have been a requirement for the job there...but I guess not. Needless to say, the whole experience was a hot mess and I will definitely not be coming back here ever again.
