  • NV Energy was just awful, Charlene, their representative was the most rude customer service employee I have dealt with in a very long time! They lost or didn't credit a check to my account and I had to have Chase intervene. The payment of course had been sent along with now additional proof. M-Powered is terrible too, not only does the thermostat not function properly but my bill was even higher! I've lived in NV over 27 years and this company is consistently bad.
