| - Beware! Went to Moon Valley, as we assumed they were professionals, and knew their business. Also, we are elderly, and could not dig and plants our own shrubs anymore. We discussed with the sales man the best plants for the areas in our yard. We returned a few days later to purchased 8 plants, but if we ordered two more plants they had a special price, so we decided to obtain two more plants. The shock came when the price for each plant was $30. and a delivery price of $69. The appointment for the planting came, and it was like a whirlwind. We had placed the sticks given us to place in the areas we wanted the plants to be placed. Their "diggers" spoke no English and did not take into consideration the plant placement when they are planted in a row. They are planted crooked and different distances ###. The other problem was that some of the plants were really scrawny and tiny, nothing like what we saw at the nursery, and we were not given the opportunity to select our own plants. I called and expressed our displeasure, and was told that the plants I received were the same as what they planted, but they were not the same size, as we were shown at the nursery. We were told to come back into the nursery to pick out other plants. A big inconvenience for the customer, because of their service and plant selection. In the interim I went to both Home Depot and Lowe's to check out their shrubs. Wow, they were some much bigger and much better in price. The scrawny Texas Sages that were planted for us were $30. a piece, but Home Depot's same plants were much bigger and fuller, and were on special for $10.98!
