  • I found the office staff to be very rude the waiting room was full of people who all spoke English. The entire 30 mins I waited the 3 girls in the office spoke among themselves in Spanish. They would look at the awaiting patients and giggle. I found this very uncomfortable and tremendously rude. Although I do speak Spanish it was just not correct.
