  • My review isn't about the service, as I was not the patient. Though I will say that they don't put you under for any service, so beware of that. My review is about the staff. They were cold, seemed extremely disinterested in helping their customers, and one of them kept using the awful word "re--rd". This employee just came up, motioned toward the TV (where Steph Curry was being shown on the news) and said "I feel bad for that little boy. He won the championship last year & his wife makes the news more than he does because she's a re--rd. And I feel bad because he's pretty good at basketball." This was the second time that she used that hateful term in the hour that I've been sitting here. She said it loudly, and without worry that people who may not share her narrow-mindedness could hear her. If I could give negative stars, I would. What an unprofessional environment.
