  • My wife picked up an ottoman. When we bought it they said it would be unwrapped allowing us to inspect it, they wouldn't. Also, they didn't include the legs/feet. No attention paid, now I have to make another trip. I wouldn't care a whole lot but the reason I was picking up over delivering is because the rest of our set was delivered and they put a huge dent in our textured drywall, yes they tried to come back and fix it but it's still noticeable. A delivery guy was carrying a sofa by the plastic wrap which kept stretching and ripping, basically dragging everything around.
