  • My wait time was not as bad as the others. However, there is a clear lack of professionalism and communication between the branches and the corporate offices as I was called non-stop for payment when payment was already made by a financial institute upon completion of my service. Nobody likes to be harassed for a dept that has already been paid!! After looking into the pricing of this company, you can find a better deal almost ANYWHERE else, they jack their prices up to take advantage of the individuals that need a payment plan to take care of their dental needs. Use this place as a "LAST RESORT" for your dental needs. Check everywhere else first before using this companies services. Trust me, the reviews speak volumes for this establishment!
