  • This Budget is rude, disrespectful, and condescending - poor customer service - truck had no AC and breaks were screaming loud and not very good - would not exchange out - only refer to 800 number - long story short 800 number took 1 hr and 53 min to try and resolve problem - I got a whopping $59 credit for no AC in Arizona and poor brakes - do not use budget and avoid Alan he is very rude - truck drove terrible - my husband is a vet with truck driving experience and thought this truck was a POS - be careful the trucks may not be safe -
