  • This Klinke Cleaners lost two pairs of my husbands pants for two weeks, including the ones he got married in. Every time we called in the person had no idea that there were items missing and claimed to "check the whole store" and find nothing. He had to keep following up daily, they never contacted him like they said they would. After being told we'd have to contact corporate and re-buying one of the pairs of pants so he could wear a suit to a wedding, they found the pants and said something about a new employee. Essentially, they were there the whole time, the staff just didn't actually look. They barely apologized and offered nothing for the hassle. We will not use this Klinke Cleaners again.
