I have been going to Project Fitness since April of 2017. I have seen multiple strength gains and endurance that I never thought I'd be able to have. After knee surgery and shoulder issues I thought I'd be out of a weightlifting environment for good. Drew and Stefanie have made working out possible for me with all my restrictions and even made it possible to surpass some of my own goals. Great coaches, great environment, with supportive people. Highly recommend PF, you won't regret it.
