  • This is a Pharmacy right? Like, their entire existence is to serve customers looking to fill a prescription. You know what is funny? That is the one thing they are horrible at. Just keeping it 100 yo! Came in to the minute clinic for something minor and got prescribed an antibiotic. The experience in the clinic was fantastic! Gave me high hopes for getting the medicine filled. It took over 45 minutes (and they told me 15-20) for them to fill a prescription for Bactrim. Several people waited the same amount of time as myself. The sad part? I cannot tell you how many of the people behind the counter were standing there chatting. Carrying on their personal conversations and loudly complaining about customers. The kicker? A customer called on the phone about the minute clinic. The lady who answered behind the counter went beyond being rude, she was down right demeaning to the customer on the other end. She even went as far as to hang up on the person. I was appalled! The ONLY reason this place got 2 stars from me was because the clinic was fantastic, parking is plentiful and accessible and the restrooms were clean. The pharmacy and its staff? EPIC FAILURE!
