  • So we thought we do a little staycation is Vegas residence. We got here and found out even being a resident or hotel guest is $20 a day for parking if you valet it's $15 if you self park. I received an email in the middle of the night directing me to check in online. I checked in online at 1 o'clock this morning. It is now 2 o'clock in the afternoon and even though check-in is at 3 o'clock our room is not ready. I've been standing in line for over 30 minutes and we in the very last row still to get a room key. We were told that we can enjoy the pool but you have to have a room key to enjoy the pool. So while our things are with the valet hop we go to enjoy the pool and we have our purse and a couple other items with us but it's $20 for a locker at the pool. I called the concierge to see if the concierge can do anything for us. Concierge told me that I could wait in line to get a temporary room key until our room is ready. Meanwhile we're standing in this line even though we already checked in at 1 o'clock this morning. I'm very disappointed as a resident of Las Vegas because I could only imagine what it's like to be here if you're a out-of-town guest. Also be aware that if you don't understand the M life to your package you should. I spent $1100 at a Santana concert and dinner and then sent my boyfriend and dad to the Art Of Shaving here in Mandalay Bay. But because I purchase those items more than 90 days ago they will not give me credit for those purchases even if I have a bank statement. TOTALLY disappointed!
