  • Tatiana provided stellar experiences. I had amazing experiences and it's because of Tatiana. Today was my second appointment in trying to decide on a dress. The first appointment with Tatiana was wonderful. I had a picture of a dress that I liked and I had selected a dress but wanted to return a couple weeks later. *Guest Experience and Customization* I returned today and brought in more dress pictures that I liked which happened to all be couture dresses. I'm very particular and I was looking for a plunging neckline in a sheath or flair dress. Although this dress was a different direction than my first visit, Tatiana was just as patient, understanding, meticulous, attentive and great energy as before. Tatiana also immediately knew my style based on the pictures and conversations. I really like the infrastructure of this dress and that I can customize certain parts which will make it what I want. It'll also have the couture look without the couture price - I was going to go out of state to purchase the couture dress I wanted though. It's nice being able to get the dress, all the alterations and etc. done here. I also like that my bridesmaids from other states can easily select their dresses. *Selection and Alternative* Since I had a specific design that's mostly provided by couture dresses, the dress selection wasn't encouraging or what I liked. However, the customization offers a good alternative in order to accommodate every brides' style. *Bridal Shops* I went to four other bridal dress shops prior and the shops weren't as nice and most importantly, the guest experience was either mediocre or nonexistent. *Tatiana* Tatiana's remarkable personality, attentiveness, product and industry knowledge and meticulousness made it a great experience. She provided the same or even better experience as when I shop at Nordstrom, NM, Barney's, and etc. I'm fortunate and appreciative that she was my wedding stylist. I'm excited and looking forward to my dress and hope the few changes and final dress will be exactly (or even better) than what Tatiana and I discussed.
