  • Project Pie is located near the self parking garage at MGM. It is create-your-own style, with a couple of salads to choose from as well. As is typical, toppings are unlimited. I wasn't too impressed with the look of the ingredients. Some of the veggies were starting to discolor and they were chopped up pretty small. The sausage and meatballs were small as well. My pizza ended up a little sparse and I do think that $12 is too expensive. You can usually find this style of pizza for under $10 elsewhere. Aside from that, the crust was fantastic. It was thin and crisp and my pizza did end up being tasty. In short, its good if you're nearby but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
