  • Scottsdale Lexus, before the Earhardt name was added, was our original valley dealer for servicing for many years. But since we live up north, it was only a matter of time before we switched to Bell North Scottsdale Lexus, particularly after they moved to Scottsdale Road and Mayo Blvd. But like the dozen or more dealers we've used throughout the country, Scottsdale Lexus provided us with first class service and a loaner when we needed one. Nice! I stopped in here today, because my old sun visor/ reflector had seen a better day and no longer fitted properly. So I parked by Service and Parts, found a new one would be arriving at the end of the week. No fuss, no muss, that simple. We've owned several German cars over the years, but I always became frosted when doling out cash within the warranty period for items that I thought were covered. We've never had that problem with one of our Lexus cars and SUVs. So how can something be the "ultimate" when it costs so much to repair? Think about it, I'm just saying.
