On my lunch break last Friday I decided that I would treat myself to a Shellac mani, my experience was great. That was until it began peeling off, I've had plenty of shellac manis before and they could last up to a mouth sometimes (& I was working in a bar) now I sit be hide a desk and send emails all day. By Monday morning 4 of my nails had peeled off... so back I went. When I arrived the women sitting around greeted me nicely, but as soon as I told them that I was there for have my nails fix they told me that they didn't have time for walk-ins and that it would be a 45 minute wait, standing my ground I assured them that I was able to wait. 10 minutes went by and they had take two walk-ins that had come in behind me. I started
chatting with the other women in the salon, explaining my story... they took me right way. They didn't redo the nail completely, but they did fix them. As I was starting to walk out one of the male owners started harassing me asking why I wasn't paying. I explained to him that I was not satisfied with my nails and that for 40.00 + tip I shouldn't have had to come back to have it fixed, refusing to understand my logic I walked out. I will not be back.
