  • If you shop Gucci online like I do, you are familiar with the 30 exchange policy. They don't bother to tell you that in the store it is only ten days. Came back for an exchange in color only. No way. Did not care. And could no get rid of me fast enough. Never purchase in a store again. I will look then go online. Withe poor customer service like this I am sure I will not be the only person doing this.
