  • This place is terrible. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. Please pay the extra $10/day or whatever the difference is to go to a more brand name rent-a-car place. First of all, they had only two people working there and the line was about 15 people deep when every other place at the rent-a-car center had many more employees and were pushing the lines through fast. Beyond that, they gave me an SUV without me asking for it, then decided they would charge me an extra $100 on a two-day rental. When I disputed it with them at the desk when I checked out they told me their credit card machine broken so there was nothing I could do. It didn't help that nobody spoke English well at the counter either. There were also two other couples that were having the same argument I was at check-out so I know the problem wasn't just me. Overall, this place is terrible. Every aspect of the experience was bad, even after we finally got checked in it took them like 20 minutes to bring my car around. Please trust me and go somehwere else, paying the little premium will save you time and your sanity.
