| - Well when my iPhone USB connector was on the fritz I stopped in here to pick up a new one. First problem, the price sticker for a Professional Cable cable was over $20! Fine, I needed it bad enough. Customer service wasn't great either; He had short answers to my questions.
But then a month later the outer shell disconnects at one of the ends exposing the wires. I return to the shop to ask if I can exchange. To which they replied, sorry, it's out of the 15 day window, you'll have to contact the company directly. Um, so I can wait without my phone for probably over a week (maybe a month for them to get around to it) to replace a cable I bought only a month and a half ago?! I think not. Why couldn't they take it, give me a new one, return it, and get the new one from the company. Makes sense to me, they have the relationship.
They advertise as "Local. Honest. No "Big Box" Corporate lingo." They may be local, but their quality and customer service stinks.
