  • Recently, my wife and I purchased a Mercedes Benz CLS550 from Chapman Chevy. We responded to an Internet ad from their inventory. We were promptly contacted by Mark Pace, who arranged for us to come in and drive the car. Upon arrival at their most impressive dealership, we were greeted by Mr. Pace, and introduced to Enrique who assisted us from then on. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, all the way through the sales process/purchase. Enrique was very courteous, and saw to it that the tires on the rear were changed, and that the car was professionally prepared for delivery. He also is currently trying to obtain the owner's manual from the previous owner for us. He also said the oil was changed, and made sure that synthetic oil was used as required by the manufacturer. The entire experience dealing with Chapman Chevrolet on every level, was pleasant. Everyone on the staff. At Chapman Chevrolet were very professional and helpful to us. C.J., the Customer Service manager got in contact with us to make sure we were happy, and that everything had been handled to our liking. Another example of the great service extended to us by Chapman Chevrolet. We highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car or truck, new or used!
