  • Many have experienced Anthropologie in limited stores in Canada, and in the U.S. Well, this location opened blocks from my home, and I finally went in...what a surprise! If you enjoy Anthropologie, I highly suggest that you go into this store, at least just for the experience, the next time you're in Queen West. PROS: - Wonderful shopping experience - high ceilings, bright, open spaces, well-stocked, roomy, organized, large, etc. - In addition to the above, the staff were very friendly, en pointe. The girl in the Fitting Room area that day was not only trendy (a great to trait to have if you want to be able to ask staff for their honest opinion, which I did), but was aware of people coming in and out, and kept the line moving. She apologized for the delay in wait time, and checked in to ensure that things were going well - When paying, the girl advised that since I was a "member", if I wanted to return something, I would not need a receipt. CONS: - Does not carry Petites in-store Anthropologie, you have done it right. You hired and trained quality individuals with a smile, you have a great selection, and the membership with birthday month discount is a nice touch. Now, we only need higher sales so that we can start free shipping in Canada online...
