The Good:
The Micro Current facial is fabulous! My skin never looked so good! Sarah such a great job that I drifted off at least once. The facial is followed by a mask and a head/neck massage.
The facial chairs are so comfortable and decompress the spine.
Good location, parking and open 7-days a week.
The Bad:
The guy that runs the front desk, who I assume is the franchise owner, is not much of a people-person. I wouldn't go so far to call him rude, but he definitely isn't pleasant.
A very high-pressure sales environment exists, unfortunately for items you don't want. I twice requested to schedule additional Micro-current Facials, only to be deflected to the once monthly $79 facial. At first, I reluctantly agreed until I learned they automatically charged your credit card number each month. I don't need another fitness center class action lawsuit on my hands where they continue to take out money after the contract is up.
They push their products on the customer.
The mediocre:
Rooms are separated only by a curtain. It didn't bother me since I was the only customer but if it was busy, it would be annoying.
Here is how the Member program works:
Choose from a $49 per month Signature Facial (50 min) or a $79 Elite Facial (60 minutes); each is $30 off the non-member charge. Contracts are either for 12 months with no enrollment fee or 6 months with a $60 enrollment fee. The 6 month contract would basically up each month by $10 giving you only a $20 savings off the non-member rate. With the agreement, they take the fee (plus tax) out of your credit card each month.
Good deal? Not for me. You decide.
