  • This place does not deserve a star. They have the worst customer service. Everyone that works there is clueless. I had trouble with the driver that dropped off my packages and decided to pick up my shipments at this location and quickly learned how horrible they are. The worst part is my complaints to their "supervisors" and "managers" fell on deaf ears. I emailed Mr. Boskett who is their "Operations Manager" and he did not even bother to respond. FedEx is too big but needs to fail. Stay away and use UPS instead.
