  • Everybody, from the office staff to Pedro, our technician, gets five stars from us. The office staff was very friendly; and they able to schedule an appointment for us in a timely manner. They told us what to expect in the way of communication from them and the technician. Pedro called us the day before and said it looked like he could come at an earlier time if it was convenient to have him do so. The day of the appointment Pedro called to give us a 15 minute notice of his arrival. Pedro was friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to take care of our minor electrical issues. He cleaned up after himself, and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. We were impressed with the way he had his tools organized in a tool backpack; and with his enthusiasm for his job. Pedro said he had been working for TIO for about 3 years, and he really liked the company. We will definitely use TIO Electric again. And, if you have something that WON'T turn on, we recommend that you call Turn It On Electric, too!
