I have made it a point to experience different instructors here. In short, all of them are fantastic. They just have different styles.
Slow Flow with Kimberly. Calming meditations and reflections and very good instruction. Relaxed pace. Great music choices!
Hot Yoga or All Levels yoga with Jennifer. Prepare to get your ass kicked! Jennifer will challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone and push yourself a little. Pace of the class varies from fast to slow transitions. Great meditations as well.
Hot Yoga with Shannon. Like the others, she offers great meditations and good instruction. Shannon has a quiet confidence about her. Her classes offer a range of poses from challenging to approachable.
Hot Yoga with Tammy. Just like Jennifer, Tammy's classes are challenging. I was completely dripping after her class. She will definitely challenge you and she tends to hold poses longer than other instructors. She is highly instructional as well. You will definitely need a Yogitoes skidless towel for your mat to prevent slipping in your own sweat. Tammy has a calming presence about her.
The *only* reason I don't give Inner Bliss 5 stars...Parking is extremely limited. Classes are jam packed. It is mat to mat in there. And people don't tend to respect the quiet conversation once they enter the room before class starts. They do at the location in Westlake...not sure why they don't at this one.
But truth be told, there is a great energy here and the people you practice alongside are dedicated to the practice...no Groupon types "trying" yoga for the first time. I will go back. $13 drop in which is less expensive than the regular $15 found at other studios.
