  • So, this place charges everyone a $75 deductible, regardless of whether you actually have a deductible requirement with your insurance. Personally I know that my deductible has been met for the year and my visit should have been covered. They are telling me in order to be seen I have to pay $75 and my insurance company will reimburse me at some point in the future. However after reading a lot of the reviews on here, I don't have much faith in that! It's a shame because this place is so close to my house, but I'll be finding a different urgent care! Oh, and after waiting for quite a while (expected) the care was marginal at best. It's been months, and I still haven't received my $75 refund. Even though they took all my insurance info they apparently never filed the claim?! And when I called they said they didn't have any of my insurance info on file. I provided the information over 2 months ago, still waiting on that refund check....
