  • The new building is nicer than the old one. However, the queue to "check in" has even less space than before so line is still out the door just like before. I came to use the kiosk but found out they hadn't been able to get them to work - it's been how many months in the new facility? Kind of silly. Bottom line, the DMV is still a place to avoid. Next time I will try the "dash pass"
