  • Our water heater died as we were both preparing to leave town in different directions. We scheduled an appointment for this morning shortly after my return. Jason was very nice and polite, and had our new unit installed within two hours of his arrival. He moved everything that was in his way, and returned everything to its place. That may have been the smoothest hurdle we've had to jump over lately.
