  • I just picked up my truck this morning. I HIGHLY recommend going through Carolina Collision. Andrey kept me in the loop constantly about parts, time, and paint. My 4Runner has a unique pearl white and they matched it perfectly. I agree with the other yelp reviewer, Andrey provides outstanding customer service. Don't go to the "name brand" body shop...we had my wife's car fixed there and had to take it back two more times because 1) they didn't do all the repairs but we blame Geico 2) they had to redo the tint because it had big pieces of lint trapped in bubbles. I really wish I had taken my wife's car here from the get go. Also, the name brand place was bad at returning calls and responding to our inquiries. Andrey responded to my emails usually within a couple of hours. This is a ma and pop shop so I'm glad to support a local business owner.
