  • Changed an appointment for my daughter without telling us and then made it sound like it was our fault for coming at the regularly scheduled time. Receptionist was highly unprofessional loudly telling everyone waiting who was getting a Brazilian wax on the phone. Look for another location. This one is awful. Having a difficult time understanding the inordinate turnover rate with technicians at this location. Just when you find one that works they leave and you have to start the process again.
