| - Like most people who refer to themselves as dog parents, and consider their animals to be their children, I am wildly overprotective, if not slightly neurotic, about my 2 shih tzus.
Maybe it was their respective rough beginnings in life, or maybe it's brought on by my "let me speak to your manager" haircut, but I want my dogs to be treated like the spoiled little brats they are when not in my care.
The staff here are friendly, and while they are always busy I haven't had a hard time getting an appointment. Recently one of my dogs had some gastrointestinal issues prior to the appointment and I asked to reschedule, they were happy to accommodate me and asked for a clean bill of health from the vet before I brought her back. Some people might be upset about providing that, but I was impressed because that told me they are taking extra measures to keep possible spread of disease to a minimum.
The location is walking distance to my home - I mean I drive, but I could walk if I wanted to... so if couldn't be any more convenient. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they do a great job. One time one of my dogs must have wiggled and got nicked by the razor, they called me immediately and when I went to pick her up they had taken $10 off my bill...I couldn't even find where they had nicked her, and she never exhibited any signs that she was uncomfortable.
I can't recommend them more highly, if I trust my dogs there, you can be sure they will take excellent care of your animals too.
