  • I have the most amazing experience today in the kids shoe department! I'm at the most amazing lady I have ever encountered in retail! Her name is Susie! She is the sweetest lady, the most customer friendly, and the most entertaining person I have ever met! most of my shopping at Nordstrom is at the makeup counter. But I'm getting married and my 18 year old daughter wears size 2 in kids shoes! I have literally looked everywhere and can't find shoes that don't look like they belong to a 5 year old! LOL! Until today. Not only did I find her the perfect shoe in the kids Department I met the most amazing lady ever! Please recognize her valuable personality and customer interaction! You are very lucky to have such an amazing employee working for you and spreading her laughter and good spirit everywhere!
