  • Your coffee is the best there is. Why you insist on putting the most incompetent idiots at the front counter is beyond me. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to stand in line behind three other people to get a single bottle of water because your associate is confused by the cash register. At Minimum that person should be with a trainer. I was nearly late for my flight .. Figure it out.. People in an airport are often in a hurry!!!
