  • It was a waste of time going in for a color consultation today. I read so many great reviews about Erika and saw the work she has done in the pictures and it was such a disappointment the way she treated me today. I was unhappy with my previous bayalage from another salon and wanted to add some parcial bayalage with a toner to make the color tone look cooler. She tried telling me that my hair was too damaged to do anything right now and just tried selling me some Kerastase products. I told her that I already use Kerastase! I asked her if I needed a cut and she didn't even want to schedule an appointment to do that! Wow!! I thought you were the color experts?? I was willing to pay the price to do whatever it takes to make my hair look better and she wouldn't offer to do ANYTHING. Not toner, cut, or highlights. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. If you're not accepting new clients, you shouldn't have booked a consultation with me. Pretty sad when you don't even offer to do a haircut or toner.
