Well, receiver went bad, of course I rebooted many many times, gave them the codes etc., finally scheduled a replacement. Not more than an hour of install new receiver is freezing. Back to rebooting receiver sometimes three times a day. So tired of dealing with this company. Our two years is up at the end of this month, going to cancel and go back to COX. None of the providers are great but we had COX for several years prior and only had a few issues, nothing like DirecTV. My advice, read the many reviews. Their poor employees must be under tremendous pressure.
