  • Century link is the WORST company EVER!!! I should have checked the reviews here first before signing up! From day one, nothing but PROBLEMS! Lack of customer service, Internet service sucks, there's NOTHING good to say about this company! Why are they in f***** business??!!! Every time I call them, it will always take 50 minutes or more with no solutions!! They should pay me for the time I wasted talking to these idiots!! And they have the guts to charge me for the Internet service. WHAT SERVICE?? This company is a f**** joke!!! Having century link for 35 days, 30 days were full of STRESS AND PROBLEMS!!! I wish I don't have to give any star but I have to in order to post this!! If I could give them the lowest score, if it's possible to give them the negative of the negative score, I will do it in a heartbeat!! And what about that stupid automated machine?? "If you need to chat with technical support live, pls go to our website blah blah". Well F***, my internet is NOT working so how am I supposed to f***ing talk/chat to a representative online??!!!! They keep saying "I'm sorry for this, I'm sorry for that!" if I charge them for every time they say the word "sorry" I will be rich by now...TO CENTURY LINK: SORRY DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. ACTIONS DO...wait, why am I f***ing giving you any advice??? If your company has been around for so many years and you still have not fixed all the issues you have, then crap, you will NEVER CHANGE!!
